What are e*Statements?
e*Statements provide you with a convenient way to receive your monthly and quarterly account statements. Your statement will be provided to you electronically.
How do I sign up for e*Statements?
Click here to sign up for e*Statements. You will be able to get complete details about e*Statements and complete a Member Registration form on the account for which you wish to receive an E-Statement. You can then accept the E-Statement User Agreement and click "Register Now." We will send an e-mail confirmation that we received your enrollment form.
Do I have to be signed up for St. Anne’s Credit Union’s Online Banking or Telephone Banking to be eligible to receive e*Statements?
No, You may receive e*Statements even if you do not use our Online Banking service. Simply submit an E-Statement registration form for each account you would like to receive electronically
Will I still receive my statement via U.S. Mail?
No, e*Statements take the place of mail statements.
How much do e*Statements from St. Anne's Credit Union cost?
There is no charge for e*Statements.
Will the statement cycle for e*Statements be the same as it is for paper statements?
Yes, Your statement cycle will continue to run as if it was a paper statement.
How many months of statements will be available to me with e*Statements?
Once you enroll for the service, your account(s) statement will be available each month. Statements will be available on the system for three months. You may save or print your statement sometime during the three-month period to retain the statement longer.
Can I receive copies of previous statements once I enroll in the e*Statements service?
You can request an additional copy of a previous statement. You can call us at 1(877) STANNES, come in to any one of our branch offices or provide a written request to:

If you do request additional copies of previous statements, applicable statement copy fees will be assessed. Please see our current Fee Schedule.
Will I be notified when my E-Statement is available?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail at the address you specify to advise you when your statement is available. The notification will contain a hyperlink to the statement sign on screen. You will then be able to enter your member number and password to access your account statement.
If I change my e-mail address, how do I notify the Credit Union?
To change your email address, click on the "maintain your account" link from the E-Statement sign on screen. Enter your member number, password and new e-mail address, and then click "Enter". Please note if you receive e*Statements for more than one account, each account needs to be updated individually.
Will my E-Statement still be available online if for some reason I did not receive the e-mail notification?
If your e-mail address was returned to us undeliverable, you current statement will still be available online. If an updated e-mail address is not provided before the next statement cycle, your account(s) will be automatically be converted to paper statement which will be delivered via U.S. Mail.
What do I need to view my E-Statement online?
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your E-Statement.
How do I get Adobe Acrobat Reader?
Adobe acrobat reader is free software that you can download if you click the link below.

Will I be able to print my E-Statement?
Yes, on the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, press the printer Icon. You can also go to File and then select Print. You can print either the entire statement or just one page.
Will I be able to save my statement in my PC?
Yes, on the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, press the disc Icon. You can also go to File and then select Save. Your will then be asked where you would like to save the file.
Can I cancel my e*Statements and return to receiving paper statements?
You can switch back to receiving a paper statement via U.S. Mail at any time.
To cancel e*Statements, click on the "maintain your account" link from the E-Statement sign on screen. You can then click the link to "un-register from the E-Statement service". You will be asked to enter your member number and password. You will receive a paper statement via U.S. Mail starting with your next statement cycle. You can also come in to any branch and a member service representative will be able to assist you.
Is my E-Statement Secure and Safe?
Yes, e*Statements utilize encryption technology (SSL-Secure Socket Layer) to protect the transmission of data to and from our users. All user sessions require/employ 128-bit encryption.
How do I change my password?
From the E-Statement sign-on screen, click the "maintain your account" link. Enter your member number, current password, and new password twice, and then click "Enter."
**Please note, if you receive e*Statements for more than one account, each account needs to be updated individually
What if I forget my password?
From the E-Statement sign-on screen, click the "forgot password" link. Enter your member number and current E-Statement e-mail address, and then click "Enter." You will receive your password via e-mail. Note: if you have entered an incorrect password, after 5 invalid log-on attempts your E-Statement account will be locked for security reasons. You will need to simply contact estatements@stannes.com or call us at 877-STANNES to unlock your account.
