Scholarships and Essay Contest

2019 CCUA Student Essay Contest - Due 12/31/18

St. Anne’s Credit Union is proud to once again participate in the Student Essay Contest sponsored by the Cooperative Credit Union Association.  This is a statewide contest open to seventh and eighth grade students.  Participating credit unions will choose their top essays from all those collected.  The essays will then be submitted to the Association for final judging.

 

Essays will be judged on originality, content, grammar/spelling, and neatness. There will be eight (8) top winners with the following awards:

 

First Prize - (1) $500

Finalists - (7) $250

Honorable Mention winners - (10) $50

2019 St. Anne's Scholarship Program - Due 1/8/19

St. Anne’s Credit Union awards a total of twelve $1,000 cash scholarships to graduating high school seniors each year. Massachusetts and Rhode Island communities are eligible to receive 11 scholarships in the Credit Union’s service area. The remaining scholarship, the Alfred A. Dube Memorial Scholarship, is awarded to a graduating senior from B.M.C. Durfee High School.

CCUA Scholarship Program - Due 2/15/19

St. Anne's Credit Union is proud once again to participate in the College Scholarship Program sponsored by the Cooperative Credit Union Association. Eligibility is limited to high school Seniors who will be enrolled in an undergraduate college degree program during the 2018-2019 academic year. Applicants or parent/guardian of applicant must be a member of St. Anne's Credit Union. Applicants will be evaluated on a written essay, grades, and extracurricular/community activities. There will be six (6) winners awarded with a $1,500 scholarship.
