With your convenience in mind, St. Anne’s has introduced ITMs to make your everyday banking a lot easier. More capable than traditional ATMs, St. Anne’s ITMs allow the flexibility to perform most transactions with a live banking associate – without stepping into a branch.

What is an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and what are the features?
ITMs combine the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a banking associate in a branch – allowing you to communicate with a real person through a video monitor and speakers. There’s even the option to use the connected telephone, adjust the volume or utilize the touch screen to chat privately!*

As an added benefit, the ITM is open beyond the branch’s normal business hours. When the ITM is not available, the machine works just like a regular ATM, allowing you access to your money 24/7.

Try out our new St. Anne’s ITMs today at the following locations: Main Office, President Avenue, Pleasant Street, Dartmouth Branch, Westport Branch and New Bedford Branch. These ITMs are available for you from  7 AM - 7 PM Monday through Friday and from 8 AM - 2 PM on Saturdays.
