St. Anne’s Promotes Michelle Marcos to Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Eileen M. Danahey, President & CEO of St. Anne’s Credit Union, along with its Board of Directors, officially announced the promotion of Michelle Marcos to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Marcos has been with St. Anne’s Credit Union for 23 years, most recently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and supporting all facets of HR including management, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development in support of St. Anne’s employees. In this role, Marcos will continue to work as a consultant and business partner with the senior management team in designing Human Resource programs that assist the Credit Union in achieving its overall business plan. 

“Michelle joined the Credit Union in 1995 and since that time has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and management within the HR Department-she has been an indispensable part of our senior staff and management team for many years”, stated Eileen Danahey, President & CEO of St. Anne’s Credit Union, “she is responsible for our current HR structure and program, and has initiated several key programs within the company to raise the effectiveness in taking care of our staff. This promotion recognizes her commitment to St. Anne’s, and most importantly, her tireless devotion to our most important asset, our employees.”

Michelle obtained her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Bristol Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at UMass Dartmouth. She is actively involved in the community, serving as a Board of Director for the Greater Fall River Food Pantry since 2004 and the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Steppingstone, Incorporated since 2008.
